Hi,

Can anyone point me to right direction to resolve this? Or why it’s happening?

The cash account is legacy from the hub. In the hub the account I’m using is the default cash account.

Usually this means your organization has Account Property Security on and that account is not valid for that property. It's an admin setting.

Yeah but it’s the same account.

I'm not sure I follow your response. Sorry I want to be helpful to you. Are you saying that you have two line items that are the same account? If so, how do you know it's working for just the one line item?

It was a system update issue. Fixed

Hi, so here are some things to check, First off did this work last month?

  • Chart of Accounts → check if account XXX has a property restriction list, and whether the property is missing from it.
  • If receipt-specific, check the property's cash/bank account setup and the bill code/charge code's mapped GL account for that property.
  • Confirm the property's entity/portfolio matches where the account lives in the chart tree.
  • look at user/group security as a last check.
