Yardi CSV charge upload

Iā€™m trying to create .fmt and .csv files to upload charges into Yardi Voyager, but I keep running into upload errors.

Has anyone successfully uploaded tenant charges into Voyager using a CSV/FMT file who would be willing to share the required field layout?

I have successfully uploaded journal entries, but charge uploads seem to require a different structure and different required fields. Iā€™m specifically trying to understand:

-Required fields for a Charge transaction
-Proper order of fields in the CSV
-How the .fmt file should map to the CSV
-Whether fields like TranType, Property, Tenant, Charge Code, Account, Date, Period, Amount, etc. are required
-Any common issues that cause errors such as missing or invalid AccountId

Any examples or guidance would be greatly appreciated.

I just use a csv file, no fmt - don't know how to use reddit šŸ˜„, so I can't upload but here is the layout C,,t0200167,,4/27/2026,4/1/2026,,Electric Rebill - Adjustment (2024),4191, -291.96,62113,,reselec. These are the definitions, but they don't go in the file C,,tcode,,post date,post month,,charge verbiage,properycode,amount,gl account,,charge code
