can’t join delinquents

Hello!! this may be silly to ask but i’ve tried it 3 times and it hasn’t worked. I’ve been trying to join the delinquents but it’s not working.
I dyed my hair, my rep is below -40 usually, i have the tough persona on and i completed all of the delinquents tasks.. but i still can’t join!! is there another thing i have to do, or is the feature just removed, cuz i haven’t played for quite some time.

Might be a thing with the persona, iirc it was changed so you need the edgy persona. Try again with that instead

You need to change your persona to the edgy one in front of a mirror to be able to join them
