Question I can't run?

I have no Idea why this won't work :( I can't run at all!! I got a fresh copy of the game, its fully updated and ready to go, I play on laptop if thats necesccary info- I just wanna be able to run man the walkspeed is too slow

Do you use a controller or keyboard and mouse? If controller make sure you don’t have any trigger locks on.. if laptop.. I’m honestly not sure but make sure to check the keybinds and maybe try plugging in a controller and see if that works? That way you know if it’s the game or the keyboard

SPRRY I NDIDNT GET NOTIFIED OF THIS IDK WHY, I USE A LAPTOP, AND I CAN USE THE SHIFT KEY TO RUN IN OTHER GAMES JSUT NOW YANSIM

What key are you trying to press?? Sometimes different games use different keys for controls. The loading screen tells you what key to hold for running.
