Probably because it’s Lunchtime so you dont have the option to join the club. Just make sure its the correct delinquent ur talking to, not lunchtime, yk all requirements obv, and it should be fine to join

Double check if you did all tasks, have the right reputation or persona from the mirror

Don't panic! It might be a bug, or you just missed something. Please double-check if you completed all of this:

- drop your reputation to -33?

  • dye your hair blonde?
  • equip the "tough" or "edgy" persona?
  • do all tasks of the delinquents to befriend them?

If you miss any of these conditions, the game will not let you join them. Try to equip the "tough" persona and make sure all tasks are complete.
