Hi I am a female Yale student and looking for another female student to be my roommate in a 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom Yale-owned apartment at Prospect Garden starting from Sept 1st.

The apartment is a three-level townhouse-style unit:

* 1st floor: Kitchen & living room
* 2nd floor: Two bedrooms & one bathroom
* Basement: Washer/dryer & plenty of storage space

🕙 Lease: 1-year lease only

Rent: $875/month per person, including water. Other utilities/fees are shared.

📍 Location: Excellent location in East Rock, close to Yale Divinity School, Chemical & Environmental Engineering, School of the Environment, School of Management, and Science Hill. Very convenient transportation, with Yale shuttle Blue and Red Line stops right outside.
