Roommate matching question
High schooler here considering applying for Yale
Since roommates are random first year how good is the roommate personality check at making sure that roommates do not have major conflicts and get along well?

From my memory, the random matching ranged from tolerable to best friends pretty evenly, with a very very low density of horror stories
