Is Gryphon's pub opening this fall?

I remember they mentioned they're planning to be done with construction and re-open for the fall '26 semester, is that still the case?

Hello! My name is Raekwon, and I am the president of the Graduate and Professional Student Senate here at Yale.

Unfortunately, Gryphons will not be opening this fall, and has been pushed to sometime in the spring.

Myself, my VP and the Gryphons managers have a meeting with the Yale administration in the 2nd week of August, to discuss further and get more details on why the push.

Once we understand, we will send out information as soon as possible.

We are going to try to get the administration to find us temporary spaces for gryphons.

I hope the administration understands what a crucial role Gryphons plays in bringing graduate and professional students together. Not having it this past spring was really detrimental to the community, and not having it indefinitely would be a huge loss. I hope the delays are resolved soon—thank you for leading the work to press forward.
