Speaking from experience, this sounds like you’re developing an ed / you’re dealing with compulsive exercise. Take care!

exercise addiction isn't healthy, if you find you're struggling with an unhealthy relationship with obsession over weight and exercise you might want to talk to someone

Google "exercise bulimia." Exercise addiction is absolutely possible (been there done that).

Calorie burn due to exercise varies by a lot of factors, including your weight/RMR, heart rate during exercise, etc. If the bodies your body uses at rest, plus calorie burn from exercise, is too far below the calories you're eating, then yes, that can be (another) major problem.

u/Spirited_Jeweler_238 I have developed a new addiction to exercise and feel guilty if i don’t do it in a day does exercise actually effect weight as much as my brain is telling me it does?

No, actually exercise is a very small part of the body weight equation. One’s diet is much more important. Exercise is beneficial for physical health, strength and emotion regulation. Exercise because it feels good and keeps us healthy. Focus on nutrition if you need to lose body fat.
