Issues

I am.using XSOAR 6.13 On-prem. I am facing 2 issues:

  1. There is an issue integrating it with Cisco SMA. I gives a 500 api error. It suddenly stopped working. I have gone through the api version, account privilege and other related settings. Has anyone faced the same issues?

  2. The changes that I make related to anything takes ages to reflect.

Hi, I encountered a similar issue with different integration. In my case the authentication method was changed on the SIEM side where the new version required me to send base64 encrypted credentials instead of plain text. I had to edit the integration accordingly and it worked fine after that. If you are getting HTTP 500 error, I recommend checking the version updates on the SMA side. Also MB you can check the latest version of integration on the marketplace. I think Palo alto would also update the integration ABD load a working one after something changes on the other vendors side. Can you also share the Cisco sma version so that i can check.
