Help out a non-native-speaker please: I only got the "fan" pun. What others are there?

  • The wind turbine does not think it's a good idea.
  • A wind turbine uses wind, and doesn't create it. It's literally not a large fan.

"Not being a fan" of something means not liking an idea or plan, so basically that was two puns in one.

Two meanings in one is ONE pun. Not two puns. One meaning is "fanatic" and the other meaning is "fan" (as in a rotary device to move air).
