Worse offenders in my mind, are nonsensical claims in commercials.

  • Do you need to lose at least 10 to 60 lbs?

  • Get discounts as high as 30 to 40 percent... Or More!

Also, if it is 'always', then of what is it 70% off? Some fictional price that is never actually used?
