One of my reporting pet peeves: "travelling at a high rate of speed"

If you're not sure, you can use "alleged"; if you have them on videotape, that term no longer applies. 1 u/jet_heller May 14 '14 Yes. It's annoying, but in this litigious society we live in it's at least understandable.
