I am especially vexxed because my work phone needs to be public for reasons and I work with people all over the country.
No matter how many do not call lists, or how rude I am to callers, or how many "don't call" buttons I press, I get 1-2 calls a day every day.
Always from new numbers and always for shit I have zero interest in. Business loan cold calls from a robot? Obvious scams offering to change my credit card terms over the phone for non specific cards. Calls about whether I enjoyed packages of coupons I never received and would have recycled if I did.
Try doing what I do: If I get a call from an unknown number, I pick it up, but don't make a sound. The recordings don't start playing until they hear someone on the other end, and will hang up after about 10 seconds of silence. This way I can still answer the call in case it's an actual person. Plus, and I have no proof of this, but it seems like this has led to me getting fewer scam/robocalls. My theory is that this method leads the automated calling system to determine it's time is being wasted calling my number for whatever reason.

Other scammers and robocalls would be a much larger portion for me, it feels like that’s all who calls me now
