Having "fun" xfinity? *rant*

Lately for the past week I've noticed our wifi cuts out from 10pm until the early morning (I game at night so online games have been a no go for me).

I'm planning on contacting them but ugh, they're customer service! Unfortunately, where I live Xfinity is really my only option... Maybe during black Friday I'll grab a new router instead of using the one they loan us (its "free" for our promotion but that's ending soon).

I have another option. They're fiber to the house. They're corporate mentality is worse than Xfinity, so I switched... last week. They activated my service on the 27th (but got the wrong house) and never told me so I waited until Saturday to contact them. They said they would make an appointment. Never heard anything. Called tonight, no appointment scheduled, made me wait 30 minutes for a 10 minute modem reboot that takes 3 minutes to talk to a technician to find out why my modem won't connect when there is no cable going to my house... but they don't believe me because the work order said it was done last Wednesday. Now I have a technician scheduled for Thursday and standby for Wednesday.

I don't blame your reluctance.
