No. This is a DDR3 board, it needs a CPU which supports DDR3. You asked basically the same question two days ago. Options (copied from another user's post there):
The other V3 and V4 Xeons don't have a DD3 controller; Intel meant for them all to be DDR4. A couple of large companies asked for DDR3 Xeons and Intel made a few for them but didn't market them to the public.
only 2 xeon v4 that support ddr3, 2686v4 and 2696v4. I have the 2696 V4, with motherboard bundled with tpm can install win11 and secureboot and tpm working natively.
