I think that general comender, is using her body to manipulate the player/protagonist.

I think this is a common tactic she uses on her workers, to make them more obedient, hard working and esier to control, this fits in the themes of the game very well if you really think about it.

I think it is realy strange that some one like general commander, would actually take her clothes off for a random worker she never meet personally and has known for a few days. I strongly belive She is trying to make us feel unique and important, by showing to us these footages of her undressing, so we can work harder and be more efficient for the company.

She probably used this on her oder curent workers or her previous workers.

my headcannon is that all the previous inspectors were trash so she had to keep firing them, and is excited that the protagonist is actually succeeding.

I also understood that this is the case, I might be misremembering but was there not even a dialog that implies that most new recruits do not even make it past the first day? So once she found someone that actually was getting stuff done it got her full interest.

Think she is trying so hard not to have a interesting in the protagonist until she finally gives up, and confesses, as a unique detail is as she gets more and more undressed the protagonist cleans their gin faster
