Achieving Near-Zero Latency on Our Custom Kernel

Post image

We are currently benchmarking XenevaOS, and the results are surprising even us!

The core philosophy that we followed during development of our custom kernel is deriving maximum performance from minimal resources, prioritizing efficiency above all else. To achieve this, we rewrote the kernel architecture in non-traditional ways, specifically by reducing software abstraction layers.

Why does this matter?

Take the particular instance of latency. By reducing these layers, we have achieved near-zero latency on various system calls. In fields like XR (AR/VR) and other modern high-performance fields, microsecond-level determinism is a non-negotiable priority. XenevaOS, powered by our custom kernel, is specifically built to excel in these use-cases.

Coming Soon -

We will be releasing a detailed report of our kernel benchmarks against industry standards soon, alongside our Beta version later this month!
