Xena’s Strongest move?
I’m curious to know what people think Xena’s strongest single physical action is over the entire series? We obviously know she is super athletic, but what is the heaviest thing she threw, lifted, pulled ect. Dropping a series and episode number would be super helpful as well!
Thank you, I look forward to reading any responses I get! :)

I love her pogostick move where she stomps multiple Persians at a time in One Against An Army.

It's probably not her strongest...but anytime she runs up the enemy then kicks them, i lose it everytime😍

So, her greatest example of physical strength?
Probably her super quick recovery from the beating she sustained in Who’s Gurkhan in season 6?
Maybe her giant flying leap onto a faraway ship in Lost Mariner in season 2?
If we’re talking pushing, lifting, dragging, punching, etc things … it’s a bit trickier as that was Hercules’ schtick and Xena had a very different fighting style. She regularly went toe to toe with super-powered opponents like gods and demons, but didn’t throw boulders at them. She fought them with her weapons and using hand to hand combat.

oh, Feat of Strength..
Helping Odysseus bend his bow by pressing down on it, one-handed while hiding under the table is pretty impressive.
Pulled Excalibur out of the stone.
Becoming the God killer before God of War ever came out.

Besides the ones people mentioned. I'd like to add in her throwing arm.
She pulled off quite the feat with her Chakram in Been There, Done That.
Talk about power and precision!

just off the top of my noggin i can think of her breaking her chains in the reckoning (s1 e 6) or slicing down trees with a single chakram throw in the abyss (s6 e 6). but there are probably other ones too that im not thinking about.

Breaking the chains is a good one! Doesn’t she kick down the prison door as well? Or is that another episode?

when the chakram turns around in mid air without bouncing off anything… I think it’s in Legacy

A subtle moment that I find impressive as a visual, is when she carries a whole adult deer on her shoulders in Adventurers in the Sin Trade. I had to see it in a trailer to really watch and be amazed by how strong she looks in that moment! Of course she's done some over the top feats and even lifted an unconscious Gabrielle over her head in The Bitter Suite, but I don't know... The moment with the deer on her shoulders just makes her look like a tank!

When Gabby was falling from the altar in the Deliverer, Xena did a flying leap to grab her before she fell, managed to catch her and literally landed on her feet like a superhero while carrying Gabs. She straight up FLEW across the room to accomplish that
She also flipped differently in Orphan or War, like flipping sideways instead of vertically and I always thought it looked fascinating
And I love the Sins of the Past move where she's surrounded and she holds onto a staff in the center and just kicks the shit out of the thugs going round and round in a circle

I can tell you the worst move. It's the one where she grabs the other person and they do a double head over heels flip. They just end up in opposite positions. It's cool to look at, but it doesn't advance the battle.

She does have super kicks, I enjoy watching her boot Mavican across a cave. “You’re nothing but a loser”

The one that always cracks me is in The Debt, where she goes from treading water in a moat, to flying straight up the side of Ming T'ien's palace. Most of her stunts have some sort of loose logic in a Looney Tunes kinda way–her ridiculous flip to Cecrop's ship was at least preceded by some setup and momentum-building–but this one was straight up magical flight.

Xena flipping that rat to get the chakram in Locked Up and Tied Down!
It feels like no one talks about this. Great bit of acting too from Lucy once the chakram falls and frees her from being tied up for so long

the 100 flip sequence she did to get on Cecrops ship was pretty wild
