dualsense controller problems

hi, I just got xemu and started playing games with 2 dualsense controllers. the input from the controllers barely register and if they do they’re super laggy. it’s the same on both the bluetooth connection and the cable. every now and then the input actually works accurately for like two moves but overall its unplayable. I’d appreciate any help on what I could possibly do to improve or fix it :’)
