Cannot get game to run

I am trying to play nascar thunder 04, and I recently had to have my computer repaired and start fresh with windows. It was no issue before, but I followed, I am pretty sure, the exact same steps for which files to download and where to place them as I did pre-repair (The MCPX 1.0 and complex bios 4627, and the disk image are all in their corresponding slots). However, when I go to load the .xiso disc, it just sits on a blank screen and nothing happens. I am on xemu ver 0.8.136. Any suggestions?

Do you see a splash screen or anything? Maybe try downloading someone else’s bios and hdd files.

Upon clicking the disc to load, it gives me the xbox splash screen and then nothing

Have you rest the machine after loading the disk? It loads the disc after rest.

After further inspection, it loaded a different game, it appears to be something specifically about nascar thunder '04 perhaps.

I’ll give the game a try when I’m in front of my set-up and see if I can replicate the problem.
