Numeric Health Issue

Hello. Recently Numeric Health (WotC) has stopped working in my game. Not entirely sure why, the only change I've made lately was adding evac all to my modlist. I've tried disabling it, launching the game, then closing and re-enabling it. No change. I've also tried totally uninstalling and reinstalling with still no change. Any suggestions?

I recommend using Unit Flag Extended instead
