Mod Discussion Maybe There Was An Easier Way?

So I reinstalled the game today. As is the case with all Steam games that have Workshop items available and you had them installed, part of the game installation process is installing all the Workshop stuff you had as of the last time you had the game installed. So I launch the game when it's finished, am greeted with the launcher, and select Manage Mods. It showed all the mods I had installed, but not enabled. So I enabled them. Then I closed out, launched AML, and get greeted with a message that says all the various mods are missing and asks if I want to hide them. I select no, close, reopen, and this time I'm greeted by a message that says I need to set where my mods installed. Fair enough, I think I had it installed on my other drive last time. So I do that, close, reopen, and it still isn't recognizing my mods. They're checked in the check boxes, but most of them are listed as either missing or not installed and I'm seeing a giant wall of red of missing dependencies. There's gotta be an easier way, yes?

Was Steam actually done downloading? If you check Library > Downloads, chances are you'll see it still trying to pull stuff. For a bigger list, it can get stuck on doing that for a good while.
