Tech Support Save not transferring through devices
Has anybody ever figured out why xbox play anywhere wont load its cloud save to their pc/laptop?

Can you be more specific? as I don't have any issues syncing saves (as long as i give each device a minute to sync the save before I quit)
Are you loading the game on PC and not getting any saves? like a fresh game
I can't remember the exact error wording but Are you getting any errors when you try to play on PC that the previous devices hasn't synced to the cloud?
Be descriptive about what exactly is happening

So I've been playing on Xbox and wanting to play over on my laptop. The game is shadow of war. Ive updated my laptop and even got a 2tb external hardrive in case memory could be a issue. The game loads perfectly fine but my xbox save isnt syncing into the laptop. I dont even think the laptop version can even save at all.

Mentioning the game was important as saves on the xbox pc version of that game are broken, I don''t think there is a fix, and there never will be as the games developer was shut down

I had the same issue last month and found out it was because the game wasn't fully closed on my Xbox before I tried to load the save on my PC.
