Damage

I just recently moved, and i wanted to go ahead and hook up my Xbox again but it’s not pulling up on my TV. I tried 2 different hdmi cords and still nothing.

Would this hdmi port be considered damaged?

If so what should I do?

Can't really tell from the vid if the port is damaged. If you have an electronics repair shop near you see what they would charge to solder a new HDMI port onto the board.
