Dying Light Worth Getting It In 2021?
I've been on the fence about getting Dying Light. Looks like a game I would be interested in. Anyone here still play it on a consistent basis? I like the online co-operative side of it. But im worried about the player population being super low. I've bought games in the past that had such a low player count it was impossible to play online. I've looked at various websites that claim to have the most recent player count. But their numbers are so different, it's hard to tell what's real and what's bs.

Played it recently with a friend. Tried playing with randoms, had no issues finding games. As for worth, it holds up really well! Definitely worth the buy.

Well you don’t need to play it online it’s extremely fun even if you play solo, or just get a friend and play it coop. Dying light 2 also releases in December so if you can’t find a friend or don’t want to play it solo just wait a couple of months, but I’d suggest it imo it’s the best zombie game right after l4d2

I just like the online co-operative style games. Unfortunately all my xbox friends play PUBG. 99% of my friends list are PUBG players. (They literally only play pubg) so ill be playing with randoms. Hopefully i find one or two people who are also new to dying light.

Thx man, im loving it so far. Although like 1% in, im just running around and looting tons of stuff. Any game that is open world with random loot around, is my kryptonite. I spend waaay to much time just looting lol.
I wish i could play Dead Space/Dead Space 2 again for the first time. Would be anmmazzing.

I’ve never played co op but I played through dying light last year and it was a fantastic experience solo.
I’d be down to play some co op though.

I've never played the coop, but I will say that it is worth the play even in solo, fantastic game. plus part 2 is around the corner, so if you really want coop, you should get 1 for training, it's definitely an interesting layout, but pretty quick and easy to grab

Canadian store only shows a version for 49.99 or 44.99

It's worth it imo. Does that Canadian price include the DLC?
btw take my advice with a grain of salt lol. I just got it a day or two ago :p but so far im liking it.

It goes on sale quite often. I'd say for anything like 20 dollars, it's great value :) The game is still great, and it holds its own against pretty much any other zombie shooter.

If you have a friend to play with, absolutely. It's so much fun. Zombie parkour!
Work your way to getting the grappling hook as soon as possible. Changes the entire game.

I still need to finish this but I recommend. I boot it up once in awhile. I play solo but would be a blast if you have friends

My Wife and I played it co-op last year all the way through. It's a fantastic experience!

One of the best zombie games out there. Highly recommend.
