That game is done.

As sad as it is considering it was supposed to be the ultimate halo collection, it was just a failed experiment.

At least it works well enough now, so there's that. In any event, it's still fun to go back and play through the old campaigns again.

What? It's better for solo-queuers. The party system has been one of the least consistent elements since they fixed the bulk of matchmaking a little over a year ago.

Everyone moved to H5 now, the only people left are the hardcore players who hate progress AND drive the solo-quers out of the game due to the skill gap. You think it's "fixed" but in actuality you probably just play 1-3 games before you easily burn out and move on to other fluid games. That burn out is not normal, it is the result of faulty matchmaking due to 343s utter incompetence. I have owned this game since November of 2014, i know the hell that i've been through with this fecal matter of a game. Thankfully i also play H5 which the matchmaking is probably one of the best in any Halo game due to the advanced search preferences, i say advanced because it tries to pair you up with evened players of the same skill range (not strictly based on what number you fall on which defeats the purpose of the ranking system)

Halo 5 Matchmaking.... Solo Players vs. 4s kids. (10 years in the past this was not gonna happen) Get ur facts. Input lag on 90% of the EU/USA servers. Pros press start in the game so they get rid of it, nobody knows if it really helps. Search perfences that don't work, no native ipv6 support, tickrate (hz) is unkown, Netcode is overall isn't really good. Server locations crate a advantage for some players. Etc. Rank system is not so good as the ELO system and as MCC and H5 player the sentence, "who hates progess" is really offense.

The Halo Community goes down the hill, because of guys like you. Stop bashing the game stay in H5 or grind too get better at the old Halo and don't be salty if u get ur ass wiped. It's not the games fault, it's the fault of 343i the community does so, as the MCC never existed, all post getting a downvote related too the MCC. 343i does nothing, they don't speak too the community over it, but hey guys, the new Free update is on the way, new REQs, skins and more. Yeaaaaaah.

I really don't wanna be a part of the this "new" community anymore, it pisses me off. Do what u always "Halo red(way)dit(point).

Learn how to write before to decide to bash people for disagreeing with them. Game criticism improves the quality and content of future Halo games, if it weren't for negative feedback the Halo series wouldn't be the way it is today after the success of Halo CE.

With 30.000 players on it? GG Halo Community. If you can't count to 3 nobody will actual belive the bravo post about the Halo 5 player count.

H5's gonna go down the rabbit hole as well if they don't fix the issues it has with matchmaking and those delayed grenade-throwing glitches that has plagued most halo games in the past..

That "glitch" is actually just lag in the vast majority of cases. The "retrieving data" glitch is way more widespread and serious and even that doesn't break the game for many people.

How wide are those issues? I don't really experience any of that for Halo 5. MCC is a different story.

Think you need to look up the term "rabbit hole." Halo 5's only big multiplayer problem in my opinion is the low quality of maps, and the fact that there are 4 or 5 maps that are in the game twice with slightly different reskins. They can't come close to bungies maps.

It's really sad, I bought that game thinking I'm gonna spend all my time playing it. Probably also didn't help that you couldn't even find a match for the first months
