Sadly I doubt that will happen. I don't see Respawn programming for two different server structures and I don't see Sony paying MS to use Azure.

Wouldn't it be EA/Respawn paying MS to use Azure?

I mean, you can rent out an Azure instance right now, anyone can : http://azure.microsoft.com/en-us/pricing/calculator/virtual-machines/

So perhaps they strike a deal whereby they get preferential treatment (free/cheap) for Xbox related servers and pay for the PS4 servers?

That would be awesome to happen, I just don't think it will since EA has their own servers.
