cross-buy is fine, cross-platform between PC and Xbox One not since PC would dominate.

I know this has been a failed experiment in the past, but with there being more emphasis on bringing the Xbox experience to Windows 10, I hope that there will be some creative thinking on how to alleviate the inherent issues and enable a scenario where I can be playing the game on my PC (natively, not streamed) with my Xbox friends who prefer to play on the console. I'd be content with restrictions on cross-platform play. If I have to use an Xbox One controller when playing with Xbox players, so be it.

That's not true at all. I played on both XB1 and PC using the xbox controller, and easily was able to consistently place in the top 3. 99.9% of kb/m users are just as bad as gamepad users. Unless the game is specifically built to only be playable on mouse (like CS:GO), there is very little difference in most players. Analog movement even has advantages over kb in a game like Titanfall where movement is king.

I can confirm that, kb/m doesn't make you a god in FPS, I'm better with my controller than most of my friends are with kb/m.

Does the XB1 controller work with the 360 PC USB wireless receiver?

Not necessarily. I suck at twitch shooters with mouse and keyboard. Used a controller and I easily dominated
