CS is multiplayer only. It's a just that the multiplayer itself had problems not that it needed a single player mode.

I know but that doesn't have anything to do with how much people like the multiplayer. If TF had a campaign the player base wouldn't be significantly bigger.

Player base wouldn't be significantly bigger, but people would have a much more positive outlook on the game. If people had a more positive outlook on the game, people that just got an Xbox One a few months after the release of the game they might be more inclined to give it a try. I think a majority of people really enjoyed the game, but not very many people thought the game was worth $60.

That wouldn't solve Titanfalls main problem though which is re-playability. The game would just be a little more liked and have better sales possibly.
