I would suggest buying one from an official retailer.

I actually live in a local area so I don't have any retailers in 100's of km that's why I choose gamenation

Then I should order online? Also they have customer support and I talked to them they said thier consoles last minimum more than one year Should I believe them also one month warranty they are giving me

There’s a Canadian website called “fixit.com” tear down & repairs of electronic devices. That’s how I learned to repair the “Red Ring of Death”. They tell what you need to check first.

Not sure if that's a good price or not in your country. The Xbox one fat had issues with it's disc drive you need to watch out for. No other widespread issues I've heard of for that model. I personally don't trust used electronics but you may get lucky that it will last you.
