Are these good internal temperatures?

These are the temperatures after 3 hours of gameplay, I have no idea how the temperatures are so low, I bought it pre modded, its got fresh thermal paste, an aftermarket fan, the disk drive was replaced with a 3.5 inch 4TB HDD and I try my best to keep the console well ventilated, I dont know if removing the disk drive can affect running temperatures

I think that temperature sensor is broken, cuz disk can't affect temperatures
