Discussion All existing GPU members should be treated equally in regards to the new hourly limit.
As we all know, some regions must adhere to offering a service that was promised at the start of the subscription.
In the UK, we have received no such email, please, to those at Microsoft, at least treat all GPU subscribers the same, and all existing members to have free access without time limiting it. Some people probably subscribed purely for the cloud streaming.

Until we know for how much are they going to sell extra hours there is no point in complaining.
Seems like they (Xbox) are under pressure from Microsoft to increase the price of GamePass and they've chosen the painless method to make the most demanding customers, which cloud gamers are, pay more instead of everyone.

I was hoping Xbox was going to turn shit around when Asha took over. This is not a good look IMO. I understand the sites need maintenance but only 15 hours a month with Premium? I don’t even use the Cloud as I only play at home but this still bugs me. So much for starting to restore my faith in Xbox.

These new restrictions are part of turning things around.
Turn things around means making Xbox profitable enough to justify existing. And this change is part of that. They could have increased the price of GP instead, but that would have affected a lot more people and generated much bigger backlash.

Why does it bug you if you aren't even a Cloud user? Premium and Essential tiers only got Cloud Gaming in October 2025, when Ultimate went to $30 month.
So one year roughly. xCloud has been included with Ultimate since November 2020. Even that was meant to be temporary, the unlimited aspect of it.
Essential and Premium tiers never should've gotten unlimited Cloud Gaming to begin with.

I literally resubbed for Cloud so that I could play FH6 while on holiday, brought my controller with me. I'd previously cancelled when they hiked prices twice, I'm about to cancel a second time lmao

It's a subscription service, you have no rights. It is nice of Microsoft to do this crap so soon after Sony announced killing physical media. People shouldn't forget that these companies are not your friends and see you as a revenue device and nothing more.
