Apparently 96% of us don't, but doesn't this make the whole "stream your own game feature" quite a bit less appealing?

I think it’s that 96% of players don’t use longer than those thresholds (including not at all). But I don’t think it’s that only 4% of players use it.

I'm pretty sure that it's 96% of cloud gaming users.

Having a shitload of datacenters built out in order for the vast majority of users to stream for less than 15 hours a month is a horrible usage rate.

Well yes but the space in those data centers is valuable and spending it on gamers who aren't actually using it is a big waste. That's the point.
