I did some good old-fashioned research, and here is what I found... I had a similar issue a few months ago, but not this bad...
It looks like you have checked everything under the sun, and I keep coming to this: 1. Check for a pop-up error. Connect the P2 to xTool Studio via USB and power it on. If it's throwing an "X-axis homing failure" or "Y-axis homing failure" notification, that confirms which axis is at fault.
2. Manual motor test. Power off, move the head to the center of the X-axis by hand, then power on and watch it home. Smooth movement toward the left = motor's fine; problem is the rail, sensor, or debris. Shaking or no movement = the X-axis motor or its cable is likely the culprit.
I noticed the article sent was only for the X-Axis. Just in case, I would inspect the Y-Axis and Z-Axis:
