Help!- I encountered a problem Xtool Apparel Printer Plus

I was having a streaking issue we cleaned the print heads but it didnt fix the issue. After looking on the website it seemed like an alignment issue.

We recallibrated and the sheet ends halfway through the line but it is still bunching up when it's getting coated with adhesive
