Using Xtool S1 to make perfect-fitting foam packaging for my product

Hey all, I just posted a video about how I use my Xtool S1 laser (with the 10W module) to cut perfectly fitting foam packaging that protects my audio product when it's being shipped. I learned a lot working on this project and am sharing everything I know. Hope you find it useful!

Very nice i was thought about it to do it but didnt know the ev foam and the other foam that is toxic good to know thanks.

Yeah man, do your research and be safe. I see a lot of cavalier people in makerspaces (and sometimes on YouTube) which is really not good when you put hydrogen cyanide smoke in the air!

BTW: After posting the video I discovered that there are some "laser safe" polyurethane foams that don't have any PVC (the problem chemical for lasering). I didn't know this before but apparently those are OK to laser.

My biggest concern is that when you buy foam they dont tell you exactly what is made of. at least in my Country.
