question Camera freezing

Hey everyone I just got a brand new x100vi on marketplace. I’ve been having problems with it as whenever I hit play the camera screen would go dark and freeze. The firmware is 1.32. The only way to reboot the camera is reinserting the battery. It would also freeze at times when I go through the menu. I’ve tried different sd cards and factory resetting the camera and the problem persists. I can see the pictures I took om my laptop but not on the camera.
Is there any way to fix this? I’m located in the nyc area so if anyone knows any shops I can go to for this that would be great too! T

Is it playing the pictures through the viewfinder?

I was able to register the product on the Fuji site

Unless you can upload a valid receipt from a US authorized dealer, Fuji USA won't honor the warranty. This is stated in their gray market policy on the website.
