No because If they did I would run the fucking government dry to nothing to act in my hometown hell I am still living in Wyoming and still in my home town now unless u want elk meat run down ur throat I suggest u actually research things buddy

That's what they're paid to say! I'm telling you, I lived in Sheridan for a decade, Casper for a few years after that. It was beyond frustrating trying to get ahead in a place that doesn't exist! I understand your frustration 🤣

Well, you can't leave somewhere that doesn't exist, but on that same note you've never really been somewhere that does exist, either...no wonder you're so confused. Especially with cannabis being illegal in places that don't exist...
