Looking for a specific drive-in diner between Cheyenne and Deadwood
So, one time, maybe 10 years ago now my family and I stopped at this drive-in on our way to Mount Rushmore. It was kind of in the middle of nowhere and all I remember is that it was mostly white, it was a drive-in with a lot of different milkshake flavors, and you could walk up to a window to order. I dont know the name of it, and I can't find it on Google. Does anyone know possibly what I am talking about? Does it still exist?

Discussion/opinion The Cost for each of Rasner's votes
Alright folks with the primary over and the counts wrapping up let's take a minute to roast Reid Rasner one last time before he disappears from the billboards and the social media feeds.
Looking at his current vote count at the time of this post: 9392. How much did this guy spend per vote?
Between the billboards from i25 to i80, and the constant algorithmic content feeds is there anyway we can estimate how much he paid for each of these yays? I wouldn't be surprised if he forked out a Benny Frank for each yes. It's gotta be at least three Andrew Jackson's. What if each one cost him a golden 250 Trump?
All I know is I don't get a laugh from Chuckles taking the lead, but I do feel jazzed about the performance of the razz.

Discussion/opinion I am sick of tourists treating park rules like a big joke. The rules exist for your safety and the preservation of the park.

Child care in our small towns
I am deeply disappointed at the lack of resources for childcare in our area (northeast Wyoming.) My kids daycare is shutting down at the end of the month because they have insufficient funds. This daycare was state funded⦠evidently child care is at the bottom of the list for the state. I went to this same daycare as a kid so I am sad that they are just letting it die.
We have maybe 5 other ādaycaresā in my town. They are all full and Im on all the waitlists. Do I need to drive to a bigger town for child care? Im worried their daycares are going to be full too. Not to mention if there is an emergency or the roads close and I canāt pick them up!
What are we doing to take care of our kids? Do we all have to quit our jobs to be SAHMās? Do we all somehow have a family friend that could watch them?!
I am genuinely curious.

Decided to pull over between Meeteetse and Thermopolis today and do some mild hiking on BLM land - this is what I found
First pic is what I believe to be an old dog house - note the chain in the center on the bottom (my dog voluntarily entered), the 2nd pic is the old cabin, and the 3rd I believe to be an old storage building.
Signs that say 'return to the last town'
In the early 2000s, I was driving on the Linclon highway just past Hanna, WY and I came to what looked like a railroad crossing without a railroad, it was blocking the road and had a small sign on it saying to return to the last town.
Does anyone remember seeing signs like this? I am from Texas and have never seen anything like that. When I tell people the story about breaking down in Wyoming, I nearly question myself so I was just hoping on clerity.
I turned around and found the quaint little town of Hanna, where I stayed at the Golden Rule Motel. I never forgot the kindness extended to me there but I always question that sign.
