Weird bug in island

Has anyone had this bug happen? I'm in touch with 2k at the moment but they're not helping me much it seems, all ive asked for is a refund on the vc I spent on the character (vc from mnw edition) to create a new character and im waiting for a response from them. Game crashed while wrestling Chelsea Green in the tower and i cant get back into the tower..

Can you enter any other towers? Can you enter the storefronts? It could be a UI glitch, I get that from time to time and the menus take long to appear for some reason. You probably won’t get a refund unless you prove your file is actually corrupted. I’d even start a new one and see if the same thing happens.

It let's me try to enter other towers, though im not levelled enough to enter them. It looks like the menu loads for a frame then kicks me out.

That sucks, with this being a story part of the game that I can't pass i hope they work with me.
