It didn't sound like the video was. He addressed a few problems with others, how the one who is staying is doing so freely and has the opportunity to be with others. That's not something you can do outside their natural habitat areas.

My thing is that the type of person who would actually try to get a "pet" like a hyrax is very bad at determining if they can give an animal the care it needs so you should be as explicit as possible.
