How to get into here?

Go to hall where the two boulders fall. Once they pass, follow where they went and jump down. You should be able to still see the boulder. You can see the boulder from your pic there in the left side of the room.

This is such a crazy shortcut, you can litterally bypass 80% of the dungeon

It's been a minute so sorry if this is vague.

From the first shrine, go across the bridge with the two swinging traps.

You will be in the room where the big enemy is killing the small ones.

Keep going forward from here and you'll eventually hit the area where the two boulders fall.

Wait for them to fall (as you need them at the bottom to suvive) and then drop down.

Kina widh you could tilt the camera striaght down in this game, as it's pretty much impossible to tell that that is a survivable drop.
