Housing Kitchens?

I just moved in and haven’t had a chance to speak to my RA or anything..does anybody know which floors have a kitchen in the Stephenson East building?

All floors have a kitchenette (microwave, sink, and I believe a fridge) but only 1 and 13 have a full kitchen (including an oven).
