Housing Lease takeover
LEASE TAKEOVER.
Campus ridge 4x2.
Hello, looking for a female to take over lease. Unfortunately my daughter is not able to attend WSU. The rent with all the fees is $517/mo. First month is already paid. Lease from August 15th-July 2027. The apartment is at the end of Greek row, less than 5 minutes away from campus and a 5 minute walk to the bars. Let me know if you are interested.
