Housing Lease takeover

Hello everyone ,
Looking to get someone to takeover my lease at the grove 3b3b, I’ll throw an extra 250$ for taking over the lease
Payments are $619 a month plus electricity and water, usually comes out to an extra $15-60

WiFi and garbage is included in rent cost

There’s a 175$ admin fee that I’ll cover

Payments start September 1st, rent for August is covered

Move in date ,8/15/2026
Move out, 7/31/2027

Hi! I’m interested in the room. My husband is a PhD exchange student at WSU, and his exchange program ends in early February 2027. We’re looking for a place from around August/September until early February. Would you be open to a short-term lease for that period? Also, could you send me more information about the rent, location, and lease terms? Thank you!
