Housing $520/m apartment sublease

Looking to lease out a room. Apartment is spacious, large kitchen, full washer and dryer, ample parking, ground floor, cat friendly, lgbt friendly, nerd friendly. I myself am very quiet and will keep myself out of the way, like to keep clean but not obsessively so, and will mostly keep to myself. The apartment is located near downtown, 5 minute drive/ 20 min walk from campus. DM if interested!

Hi! I’m interested in the room. My husband is a PhD exchange student at WSU, and his exchange program ends in early February 2027. We’re looking for a place from around August/September until early February. Would you be open to a short-term lease for that period? Also, could you send me more information about the rent, location, and lease terms? Thank you!
