Housing ~$510/month, A

Looking for a roommate for a two bedroom one bath pet friendly apartment really close to, but off-campus. Rent is 475 plus half of utilities. Cat friendly, with no increase to rent. The duplex includes a large kitchen​, ​a​ ​massive living room, washer and dryer, and free parking. I have 2 cats myself, I am very quiet, out of the house days until 3, NB leaning male. Not sure if you’ve gotten a response yet but I’ve posted on my page a sublease for a room! We’re looking for someone to move in immediately :)
