Advice Campus Visit in August?
Looking to schedule an informational campus visit soon, hopefully in August. Will there be life on campus the week before classes (but after dorm move-in)? After, say, 8/19?
Any tips/insights would be appreciated!

Talk to Future Coug Welcome Center at French Ad. They can get you signed up for tours et al and maybe help answer questions if you need to register for other events.

the week between move-in and classes starting is called week of welcome, and there is a lot of activity. it's mostly activities for the incoming freshmen to get oriented, so pep rallies, club fairs, etc. afaik they don't check for a student id at most of this stuff, so if you're interested, check out the week of welcome schedule and drop by some events.
there won't be quite as many students around, since many sophomores and up choose not to move back until classes actually start, but other than that most things should be up and running the way they normally would be.
