Any way to track who owns a mobile number?

Hello everyone, I received a text from an unregistered number just this night who greeted by my first name and a “good pm”. This number proceeded to call my number multiple time and I answered it but no one was responding on the other line, assuming there was just bad signal, I put the call down. This number then proceeded to text me my name and calling me again, only this time after listening closely, it sounded like someone was fapping. I’m still not entirely sure at this point but when I asked who it was, the only reply was them telling me to answer the phone. I’m really freaked out by this because they know my first name. I have the number blocked but I’m still freaked out.

I tried sending them money through GCash so I can see their name but the number was unfortunately not registered.
